Características da produção científica sobre comportamento de cidadania organizacional
um olhar sob a abordagem qualitativa

O objetivo deste estudo consiste em apresentar uma caracterização sobre o tema Comportamento de Cidadania Organizacional (CCO) com abordagem qualitativa publicados na base Web of Science nos últimos cinco anos compreendendo o período de 2014 a 2019. O critério de busca adotado ocorreu utilizando a strings de busca TS= ((“organizational citizenship behavior” AND (“Management”, “Business” e “Psychology Applied”)) no período de outubro de 2019. Os resultados obtidos evidenciaram a emergência de desenvolver pesquisas qualitativas explorando a temática. Diante disso, é possível sugerir que estudos futuros analisem a relação do tema de Comportamento de Cidadania Organizacional com outros construtos tanto no ambiente nacional como também no internacional, bem como utilizando a abordagem qualitativa.
